At Paisaant LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality graphic design services tailored to your needs. Due to the creative and digital nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy:
- No Refunds After Work Has Begun
Once a project has commenced — including consultation, concept development, or any form of design work — no refunds will be issued. This applies to all packages and custom services.
- Eligibility for Refund (Before Project Start)
Clients may request a full refund only if:
No design work has started, and
The request is made within 48 hours of payment
To request a refund within this timeframe, please email info@paisaant.com with your payment details and reason for cancellation.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Delays caused by lack of client communication or materials
Change of mind or business direction after project begins
Services marked as “completed” or with final files delivered
Custom packages or promotional discounts
- Quality Concerns
If you’re unsatisfied with the design, please contact us immediately. We offer revision rounds based on your selected package. Our team will work closely with you to make reasonable improvements within the scope of your order.
- Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve issues with us first will be considered a breach of our terms. We encourage clients to communicate concerns so we can assist professionally and fairly.
